Btl Idea For Promoting Online Shopping Website

Kindly suggest new and unique BTL ways to promote a new online discounted shopping website. say the budget would be 1 rs per customer. plz suggest asap.

    You'll get a better response if you fully explain what you mean by BTL and RS. That'll help capture ideas from the casual reader.

    btl is below the level.we have a budget of rs 1 after every person. we want to promote our online daily disccount website. in process we also want to gather consumer data so that we can sms or email them if we have any deals of their interest. in short what are the unique activities we can do in the least possible budget to promote, sale and gather info.
