What Is The Best Service Desk Online?

I am running a small business online now and i really do not want to do too much job one customer service. Can i use a service desk software? What is the best service desk online? How can i use it? Please help! I saw a service desk software online last night, it is called iKode Service Desk, I want to buy it but i am not sure whether it works?     hi,

    i would suggest, rather than spending time in researching such software and ending up in maintaining it by spending lot of money. I would suggest you setup an sort of enquiry form and make it come automatically to your customer care representative. Being a small business, having a quick and easy resolution of problem is more welcomed by customer rather then an automated system which will just impress them at first sight, but might not give them the reason to be more attached to you.

    Thank you for your suggestions. Yet I have tried iKode Help Desk X, and get a big surprise. It is a customer support tool, FAQ and help desk system. Can be used to provide support to an online community, by solving tickets, adding a comprehensive FAQ section and interacting with users via emails. Powerful help desk software help you with the customer service job!
