Launch Of Perfume For Fashion Brand Vionnet

I need to come up with a integrated communication strategy for vionnets launch of a perfume in italy and france with a budget of 100,000 euros for each country..any suggestions?i have to cover crm,pr,launch event,web and advertising in the strategy..
