    Highlight your specialty. Do you have an expert in a specific repair that none in your area can boast? Are you a former repair expert who had so much work, you decided to open your own shop and hire others to help you? Share that in your promos? Coupon, share your expertise via blogs and media and allow customers to learn to trust your business through what they learn and hear about your business.
