New Client Onboarding Help...suggestions

I have been charged with building out a new client on boarding process. Can you provide me some ideas or examples of how you have approached this? Also, tell me about what types of paperwork you typically have them provide beyond NDA, Master Service Agreement, Accounts Payable information...

    All you need is a short letter defining what you will be doing and payment terms. The shorter you keep it, the better. After all the work of attaining a client don't scare them off with complex paperwork. It keeps things on track, but in reality, if they want out, if they are going to not pay, they will void it all anyway
