The site doesn't look bad to me, but I'm not in your target audience and I have no idea how it will play with the people who count -- your prime prospects. After all, they're the only ones whose opinions matter.

As for the issue of "basic" versus "complex," I'm definitely in the "less is more" camp. If people are interested, they'll call for information.

So the real issue is how you will market the site. How will people find you? Do you need landing pages to ensure good message-match with your ads and keywords?

Hope this helps. It's relatively easy to research this stuff with your target audience. Maybe that's the right next step.

The site seems good to me, although I am not your target audience. I think that it could say at the top something like "providing effective hair loss solutions in Canada for 5 years" depending on where you serve and how long you have been doing it. If you serve a lot of countries say " in over 25 countries" or however many you serve. Round it off to the closest 5 below. You get the idea.
Other than that, the website is great.
