    A few comments and questions:

    1. How would someone find your site? What is the marketing program? What benefit do you promise in your advertising for the site?

    2. You seem to be all about "Korean Fashion" and "Style," yet the main idea communicated on the homepage is "20% off total price," which is a commodity death-wish if ever there was one. What are you thinking?

    3. Who is your target audience? Where are they? Measurements are stated in metric units, so it's probably not the United States.

    4. I didn't bother to check out, so I don't know how you handle shipping costs, but your prices are so low (in the United States) that I don't think you will have many customers who expect decent quality. If that's intentional, that's fine, but it sure won't give you hefty margins with which to fund a marketing campaign.

The first issue is out are not getting any traffic. No traffic, no sales. You cannot just "hope" people come to your site. You have to market to them. So do some planning about how to get traffic and then you can decide what else might be wrong.

The only deterrent to someone buying (conversion) is the long shipping time to the US and other countries. And as mgoodman says your products are in metric so not so good for the USA market.

Your prices are unbelievably low for the USA.

Your website has a nice layout, but you need to offer a description on the home page that you sell good quality Korean fashions for low prices, or people in the U.S. will think that the clothes are poorly made. You should also show the measurements in inches so that it is easily understandable in the US and Canada. Keep he metric, but add the inch equivalent. You also have to market your site. Post advertisements on better known sites and market them well so that people want to come to your site. State somewhere that people should contact you about any issues with the site or the clothes with a link to the Contact Us page.

Are you selling quality or price? The most prominent thing on your home page is the discount, and your prices are already very low. So it looks like you don't think your merchandise is worth very much.

Then you have words like "fashion" and "style." People who are attracted by low prices won't be reassured that your goods are fashionable or stylish. And people who are attracted by fashion and style won't believe it either when they see the prices.

And you won't make enough money at those prices to be able to mount a decent marketing campaign. With this combination you are guaranteed to fail. There's no way this can succeed.
