You might want to review some of your home page, top of page sales copy because there is less than a clear message just what it is that your site is about. Greater clarity here will help telegraph your key benefits so that your ideal clients know they're in the right place.

There is an issue on your site with cookies: you have a poor rating which is something you need to fix.

Your logo and navigation menus may benefit from being flipped, left to right. Also consider moving your social media icons to the top right of your page, so they're more visible.

The first image that popped up on your rolling image header was of what appear to be rugby players involved in a tug of war. It may not be immediately clear to site visitors just how this image connects to your primary message and as such, how it connects to their primary need and the solution they're looking for.

I agree with the input from Phil and Gary. Your home page is too busy with copy, fonts and just graphically busy. Your site doesn't tell the visitor what to do or quickly identify why the visitor should stay on this page.

... which should have the largest type on your homepage.

My first reaction to your home page is "Who are your prospective customers?" Where are you located? Where are they located? What size company is likely to hire you? What vertical market? Why would they hire you instead of doing it in-house or hiring one of your competitors? What makes you special?
