Wanted 3d Artist / Animator

I am looking for a good 3D Artist / Animator to help me with developing a bus advertisement. I don't mind where in the world they work as long as they do a brilliant job. Iam in Australia but some of the large companies here are too expensive. Is there somewhere I can access a list of Artists /Animators with some examples of their work.

    Google the term "freelance animators" and you'll find 528,000 pages of results. Other sources include odesk, elance, and behance.
