How To Increase Sales With A New Motodistribution

Hi there
i'm worry about, recently i opened a new motorcycle distribution, is a global brand(kawasaki) but i am the only one who sells it in my area.there are other strong brands here too(with more time than me). so i am thinking and trying to do something different to catch customers that they trust in me and start to grow. what can i do? please help me thanks

    Extoll the virtues and strengths of the Kawasaki brand, offer superior after sales service, be strong on your word and keep your promises. Forget the opposition, drive sales by offering better products and services. Build a small but loyal following and nurture their belief in you: they'll pay you back by marketing your products for you through their word of mouth. Good luck to you.

    Also, give demonstrations to people in your area who can be seen riding your bikes: messengers, delivery people and so on. Get these people on your side.

    Focus on the people who are likely to be interested in the Kawasaki brand. Each manufacturer has done their homework to target a different demographic. Continue with their well-researched knowledge, and focus your marketing efforts on these people in your region.
