The links on pages other than your home page (Home Business Apps Reports & Analytics Additional Services) the fact that these don't appear in the same place on your home page may put some of your clients off.

You might also want to come up with a stronger positioning statement that the opening line you currently have. It may lead people to ask the question "So what?"

Overall, a simple but effective design.

A few thoughts:

The headline is not very crisp. It contains 14 words, one grammar error, and one thought. The word "help" is a weak word. Tell what you DO, not how helpful you can be. The phrase, "Our focus is to help ..." is a total throw-away when it comes to communicating your positioning benefit.

The site doesn't have a single picture or depiction of a human being. Even the stylized symbols depict inanimate objects. It would be much more user-friendly if it depicted a satisfied client or two.

The "contact us" icon is a telephone, but you don't give anyone the option to call you!

The call to action is not clear/obvious -- at least not on the homepage. It's also not clear that your target audience is in the Chicago area until you get past the homepage. (And, as a native of Northwest Indiana, I noticed that too!)
