You could say "we guarantee increased profit", but then how to do prove it?

Any consultancy firm with "smart ideas" would write their own comprehensive business plan and have a very clear answer to your question. Time to get to work.

I agree with Steve Byrne in what he says about profit. It is, after all, why people are in business! I would caution against too clear a business plan, for clear answers are usually telling you something you don't need to know!

You need to think not only of how do you prove your claims, you need to think of the people you need to prove them to. There will be those who don't like you or your claim. They simply won't like your style - and in business that is as powerful force as it is anywhere. Now should a person not like you, it is pretty certain that you would not like them either. That means you wouldn't want them as a customer in the first place.

So: in this light, what does your intended business customer like - and not like. That includes you too, and using these thoughts you can approach them whilst at the same time discouraging those that you don't want as clients.

You will find more about this on my website, it is in English and it is regularly updated too. Wishing you success, Gemma

hmmmmmm .... so determining your intended business customers likes and dislikes, and your own preferences for customers ... these items are not a part of the business planning process because of why?

Get some sleep, Steve. It is morning here in Holland and late where you are. You will feel better for that and be a little less irritable.

Deliver great work for your clients. Wow them at every opportunity. They'll tell their friends about you, and you'll have their full attention.

I repeat, and I repeat it for good reason. It is exactly what you want if you care to look into the issue.

**So: in this light, what does your intended business customer like - and not like. That includes you too, and using these thoughts you can approach them whilst at the same time discouraging those that you don't want as clients.**

To your success. If you do not understand this, how can you expect to address your businessman with any efficiency? They are not made of stone, they are human beings and have likes and dislikes. Just as you do. Work that out and you will aim below their waterline in advertising terms.

If you can not, then take my other advice.
