    This is a very vague question. What service do you wish to advertise - and more importantly to whom?

    Much will depend on this - and much of how you form your SOP will depend on this too. After all, you're in business to serve your customers. When you know who they are and what they want, many frustrating questions answer themselves.

    The jargon and question are confusing me. First, what are F&B outlets? Second, who is the target audience? Where? What do you want them to do/think? What's the objective? How will you measure effectiveness/success?

    Sounds to me like you need an advertising standards manual (somewhat like an extended graphic standards manual) and a media implementation plan (an advertising roll-out plan) for somebody or some group. By whatever naming conventions, this will not be an inexpensive or quick project. As MONMARK stated, it would take weeks and a deep look into business.

    What exactly does "a leisure club that has food & beverage outlets and membership program with outdoor and indoor facilities" really mean? Can you expand on your business model and why you need this documentation?
