Other Title Besides

We advertise in local newspapers and have been open in this new location for two years. We have what Management calls an annual "Customer Appreciation Day" but rather gripe because no one comes but our customers. I say call it something else besides that. I heard feedback last year and that is what people told me "We didn't come because we are not a customer of your bank". What would be a catchy phrase (name) for our "day" so that it would include everyone?

How about a "welcome day". Simple, to the point and tells 'em what they'll get. That way, both customers and visitors will feel ... you know ... welcome!
