Starting Sponsorships - Online Radio Station

I am working on creating radio show sponsorship information for a popular online radio station - that after 10 years - is looking to generate revenue.

3.4 Million monthly
6 shows throughout the week (most are 3 hours; some are shorter) - anywhere from 162k listeners to 492k

I'm having trouble benchmarking appropriate sponsorship rates.

Any ideas?

    I've seen numbers for selling ad spots (:30 or :60), but am looking for show sponsorships where the show hosts/personalities will "live read" ads during the shows (some of which can be/are downloaded afterwards through podcasts). Coming up with an appropriate rate for this, hopefully, long term relationship is the challenge.
