Online Website, No One Is Buying

I started a ecommerce online store about 3 months ago and I see people looking at the site however no one is buying. I need to know if there is something I can do better or what can I change, market more. I'm just not sure of where to go from here.

    Why do you think no one is buying? Poor value? Poor selection? Low trust in customer service? Nothing unique? Badly presented information? No marketing strategy to attract the right people?

    Your main home page lacks clear calls to action and lacks clear positioning statements. You need to instill buyer confidence from the second someone lands on your website.

    Let's take the "Girls Like New Shirts" page as an example. None of the thumbnail images are clickable so your ideal buyer can't get a better look at what's on sale. On your women's shoes page there appeared to be nothing to buy ... at least, not above the fold.

    The images on the site look as if they've been taken in low light conditions in which little effort appears to have been invested in overall presentation.

    Ideally, and for this market, a site such as yours needs to be professionally designed. It's a cost of doing business I'm afraid. You'd also do well to integrate more visible social media links. The Facebook icon at the top of your page is almost invisible.

    Using Facebook's advertising platform you'll be able to target ideal buyers through both Facebook ads and e-mail or mobile marketing. Again, advertising is a cost of doing business.
