Tagline For Hr Consulting Company

Posted by vinivb on 250 Points
Hey everybody!

I'm rebranding a HR company that is known for giving a real added value to clients.

I want to focus on:

Growing (growth), training people to be the best version of theirselves. Also focus on the fact that we have to move forward and can't stand still. Growing towards the future is necessary and essential. Fitting the employees with the organisation. Stimulating employees to grow the company. Working on what makes companies strong.

Keeping in mind these important factors, I'm looking for a great tagline! It's not easy and would really love some suggestions! :)

thanks in advance everyone!

What is the name of the company? Who/where is your primary target audience? What important and unique benefit do you deliver to your client companies? Why do you feel you need a tagline?

@mgoodman Fifth Essence is the name. Primary target audience is big Companies looking for a different, more personal approach on HR consulting. Our unique benefit is the exclusive look and feel of our services and the added value we give to client's companies. It's high end. A tagline is a must for our company.

I'm still not clear on the target audience: How do you determine which big companies are "looking for a different, more personal approach on HR consulting?" How big? Located where? Who within the company?

As for the unique benefit: How/why is the "exclusive look and feel of our services" a benefit? What is the "added value we give to client's companies?" These kinds of vague descriptions are not likely to be seen as compelling benefits by your target audience. Plus, there's no substance or proof -- just fancy words.

Finally the need for a tagline: I can see why you need one with a name that doesn't tell anyone what you do. I think a straightforward description of services would make the best tagline in this case. Does "Fifth Essence" mean something to your target audience that might not be obvious to us?

Running with the "personal approach" and high end concept:

    Fifth Essence
"There is only 1 right shade of lipstick."
