A normal route in would be to work for a firm doing what you want first so you can learn the processes, get contacts, etc. After you have the basics down, you would then go off and start your own firm.

We are marketing folks. You probably need some assistance with business planning. Who will be in your primary target audience? What do you have to offer them that they can't get now?

P.S. How will your BE degree help you? You must have had a reason to (a) mention it, and (b) earn it.
