Excellence In Customer Service&sales Intervention

Posted by chrise on 250 Points
I would like a catchier title for this training, a title that would wow the individual or the organization to want to either attend or send their employees to attend. This Training is a beginners workshop but I don't want the readers to get that from the title. The plan also is to continue the training process with more advance customer service/sales workshops. I would also like suggestions for catchy titles for the additional advance workshops, at 3 additional workshops

The catchiest titles are the ones that promise an important and compelling benefit for the target audience, not those that are self-consciously "catchy" or that attempt to "wow" someone.

So let's focus on what unique benefit your target audience can expect. Why should they spend money to attend your training -- in the absolute or instead of a competitive training program? What's in it for them? Why should the audience believe you can deliver the promised benefit?

    Stop.

"This Training is a beginners workshop but I don't want the readers to get that from the title"

This is a huge red flag, cracking like rifle fire in a hurricane.

If you pitch this training at mid to high level and you offer beginner level content you'll piss off most of your attendees. Word will spread. Your reputation will plummet. Sales will fall.

"Catchy" is a mug's game; a road to nowhere.

Customer service is one thing, sales intervention (whatever that is) is another.

Where is your prospect now—career-wise—and where will your training take them?
