    Are you looking for help in creating an advertisement to increase your business?
    A picture may be important to your target audience, but even more so are the words/promise.
    Why should someone buy from you? What makes you the clearly better choice for their needs? Can you prove it?

    There are plenty of stock photos for HVAC companies. And you may want to depict a satisfied customer rather than an employee. As Jay said, it may make more sense to begin the copy development process by figuring out what message you want to communicate. Then you can search for good images to support the benefit-oriented positioning message.

    Who is your primary target audience? Where? What unique and compelling benefit can they expect if they call you? How are you different from, and better than, the other HVAC companies in your area? Why should someone call YOU?

    Then take a picture. No camera? Find someone WITH a camera. Or, as others have suggested, find and acquire the rights to a stock image of a relevant piece of equipment.

    If not stock photos for HVAC companies, a stock photo of a building and/or happy looking customers also could work.
