    What's the name of the festival?
    Why do you think you need a tagline for it?
    What's special about the festival - is it a fundraiser? Who's likely to attend?

    How will you select the tagline? What are the criteria for picking a "winner?"

    What is the name of the event? The tagline will need to work with the name.
