What are basics to start NVOCC company or at least to create a separate department in your entity for NVOCC and how can we determine the strengths before starting and what are the requirements

As three days have passed without your question attracting any responses, I think you need to provide some more detailed information about your actual interest or intent. For example, what particular manufacturing industries does your company wish to engage with? Within those industries, are there sub-sectors that you need to alert us to? Do you have vessels presently available for use as required or will you need to acquire vessels to enter the market. What volumes/weights of product do you expect or want to deal with on an annual basis.
While the experts who provide advice in this forum are always willing to help, they do not have crystal balls. It is always necessary for persons seeking help to provide the context surrounding the question.
