How To Reach Clients?

I have formed a new company which produce Surgical instruments. Our main potential customers are in europe but i don't have resouces yet to fly to europe and meet them.

I have tried faxes, emails and post but no good response.

Any one please help me and advice me any approch or stratagie i should follow.

    To be honest, without meeting prospects, I would assume your sales role is made almost impossible!

    Can you not afford for one person to go to one market you want to crack and stay there for a couple of weeks, calling and meeting people ?

    I think you have found and used all the credible FREE or cheap tactics out there:

    PR
    Email
    Phone calls

    Maybe the approach is wrong, did you give a compelling arguement to look at your website ? Did you promise anything new or free ? Maybe a newsletter or whitepaper? I supply a free marketing toolkit to attract prospects.

    Google Adwords is cost effective
    Also try looking into search engine optimisation (again some free tips in my free toolbox above)

    Try searching for 'surgical' forums and start networking

    Look into and research trade press in the region, it can be VERY cost effective too.

    Have you considered manufacturer's reps? Doctors and hospitals are difficult to reach... and there are quite a few folk who call on them on a regular basis, representing multiple lines. The promotional ideas by Andrew above can certainly help generate interest, but you will need "feet on the street" to close the business.

    Good idea Dave, I was thinking of ways to get face to face with these people. See if they will accept a 'risk and reward' payment, where you pay a little to retain their services, and pay more if they either bring in a hot prospect and/or close a sale.
