Please do NOT message me. I'm just trying to help you get what you need/want.

First, a real professional marketer probably won't want 60-70% of some ill-defined future profits. They will want to know what they are getting into, what they will have to do, and who is getting the other 30-40%. They know that YOUR success is almost entirely dependent on THEIR skills, abilities and know-how. They will probably require a fee or guarantee up-front.

Next, why can't you market the ebook yourself? A large part of book marketing is the author's credibility and visibility. Nobody wants to interview or quote the marketing person. (That's one way book marketing differs from most other forms of marketing.)

Third, the subject of your ebook will likely determine who, if anyone, might be interested in getting involved with you. What's the topic? Who is the primary target audience for the ebook?

Are you expecting a marketing partner to fund the marketing effort, or are you prepared to provide an adequate budget to accomplish the sales objective?

Finally, what is YOUR goal? Why are you so willing to give a lion's share of the profit to someone else? Is your ebook merely a lure to generate larger profits from some other offering? If so, perhaps you will need to offer a significant portion of those profits to your marketing partner as well.

Portraying your brand in the right light ethically and as honest as possible sets you apart from the competitors and improves your customer base. In order to develop a lasting brand identity, one should understand the basics of branding and its face value in the market. Only then, you’d be able to develop your brand identity.
