Can I use Porter's five forces to analyze, what consideration a company should have to the product development process?

    Hi Zayzoon,

    Michael Porter has received a lot of airtime here on the KHE in the last year and as such if you go to the search questions feature and type in "Porter's Five Forces" you will access some of the finest discussions assembled anywhere, discussions that will most likely give you the answers you are looking for.

    I think after reading them you will have a better idea of how to apple Porter to your situation, and if you still have specific questions, come back and share them.
