how is SWOT analysis an appropriate tool for industrial analysis ? how can it be intrerpreted and how can it 's output can be used by a firm? pls. explain with examples.

    A SWOT analysis is an appropriate tool for auditing any organization and its environment. It is the first stage of planning and helps marketers to focus on key issues.
