I want minimize distributors commision? What is the sugetion?

    If you go out of business, you will not have to pay any agent commissions at all.

    What would happen if you tried to MAXIMIZE their commissions? For example, suppose they brought in so much business that, based on current contracts, you paid each of them $10,000,000 per year. How much money would that put in your pocket?

    Do you have a problem with an unprofitable business model, as chiron34 implies you might have, or are you just greedy?

    give us more details of the nature of your business and product range, how many distributors you have, Why you want to pay less etc. this will help us in giving your suggestions.
