Customer Value Perception In The Hotel Industry

i am a student of hotel management doing a dissertation on the importance of customer perceived value in the hotel industry. guide me as to what content shall i include in my secondary research based on perceived value. please recommend an outline structure. Emphasizing on the components of perceived value i.e. perceived benefits and perceived sacrifices. Not able to prove through primary and secondary research, a decrease in perceive sacrifices can lead to high customer perceived value. how shall i prove, shall i take a case study. can the above be my research question. if not please suggest an appropriate one.

    This is amazing. A student doing a dissertation would seem like a pretty smart person. Sheenaa Tandon, you apparently lack common sense.

    As Gary points out, no one will do your university assignment here. I don't know where you see an option that says, "We will write it for you."

    Now your name is on the Internet with evidence that you aren't willing to perform this task yourself. I hope your professor doesn't visit this forum! ;]
