Does A Blog Be A Wrong Strategy In Costumer Care ?

If a bank set up a blog in its web site it can occur that some ungry clients can use it to continue protesting activities.

Imagine a bank using this tool as a continue feedback and as aresult it only obtains claims.

I can be a preciuslly opportunity to develop an "apostolate" road through clients by clients thenself. But what if the "apostolate" is done by the competence?

There are many matters that worry me about using a corporate blog and I need see the glass almost full and not almost empty.
