E-marketing Campaign For Car Dealership

I am working with a car dealership who wants to capture more prospects using the Internet and increase their CSI (Customer Service Index) score. I am looking for creative ideas using email, Web ads, CRM applicaitons and their Website to gerate measurable results.

    Here is a guy I've been reading in a few online car dealer magazines. Yes, there really is online sales consultants for car dealers....I know he'll have lots of information for you that will give you what you are looking for.
