Looking For Interesting Ideas For A Luau Sale

I have a client who wants to have a Lua Sale at his auto dealership in Winter. Any great ideas on how to make this fun and not overly cheesy would be appreciated.

    Do you mean LUAU? As in Hawaiian?

    Tell car buyers they're guaranteed a pretty good lei.

    Yeah, I would actually have one. Food, music, as much "local motion" as you can stand... (No Don Ho movies though.) Maybe even an artificial surf ride (I know they make these things, but can't remember what they're really called. Some ski shops have like machines for lessons, etc.)


    Special pricing for any purchase on that day (of course).

    Give away vacation tickets to HI.

    People in Hawaiian shirts, or other garb, roaming the town, giving everyone a branded lei with a sale announcement, vacation drawing, discount coupon on a car purchase.

    All obvious stuff. The trick will be in the execution.
