Writing a good case study isn't as easy as it looks. You need to give the students all the relevant information, but not lead them too directly to a solution or point of view.

It's like preparing the situation analysis for a marketing strategy project. You don't want to complicate it needlessly, but you want to provide all the information accurately.

Not so easy, as you'll see when you try.

Suggest you start with a list of the key facts and elements of the situation analysis. Then weave those into a narrative. End with a statement of the problem. Be sure to include objectives and overall corporate strategies (if relevant).
