Know-How Exchange : Advertising/PR

Hi - I own a Gourmet Store that has excellen Italian Subs and prepared food. We have a good following of people - but need to increase lunch business to companies around. Need to get corporate accounts, as we hardly have any right now. How should we contact the businesses and what we should offer to them for the administrative assistans to start ordering from us. Should we deliver?
