What Is The Impacts To Employees By High Turnover

In a IT company that facing the high turnover problems, what are the key impacts to its employees?

Moral? or other more?

I need so hints or infomation about it, help!

    If there is high turnover, then moral could be an issue. If the turnover is due to the company laying off people, then people will be worried for their job. If the turnover is due to employees leaving on their own, then those who stay wonder if they are missing out on better opportunities elsewhere.

    Then, if the employees are replace, there are issues related to the time needed to get the new employees trained and working, the extra workload those who stay may have to take on until they are replaced, etc.
