Being in the car industry selling is THE most important thing which is very competitive as there are a lot of dealers selling the same product. Brand name is strong,so is the after sales network and on job training is also provided. WE ALL HAVE SOMETHING SPECIAL TO OFFER...
even an inexperienced sales team has some sales in three months. Why not take advantage of creating more from what you already have sold. The greatest way to make more is to leverage what you already have. The truth is I can tell you some interesting little ways to attract people to your lot but in the end your sales team has got to have "the spark" as Joe calls it to take it to the next level. I will share with you one very simple thought that can bring a whole lot of people to your property but again if your sales team does not know how to genuinely appeal to your audience this will be a waste...here it is.

    DO SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR CHILDREN...

Most people would love the opportunity to take their kids to something that says special for their children. That's it. What you can do with it will vary depending on what kids in your area are attracted to and it can be as simple as you all asking kids what they think would be well worth them doing on any given day of the week. (If you need more please let me know).

TWO GREAT LINKS FOR CAR SALES PEOPLE...
Below I have searched out two very interesting links centered around sales. One is on one of my all time favorite sales people of all time and when you get to his link you will see why. Some of the excerpts from his book are included.

There's always more but what separates average sales people from superior sales people is one word "Passion". Does your sales force have this? Because if they do they can do anything if they desire. Is there anything else I can do for you? I love selling and making happy customers.
