Would You Sell Radiators On Net In Emerging Market

Can it be effective to start selling radiators, central heating equipment and bathroom accessories on the internet?This is not American market but an emerging one, so readily available solutions could not work.
Nowadays the market is covered mostly by hypermarkets and distributors with not one company doing it via e-marketing.Websites work only as image-builders and source of information for customers.
You can discern a growing number of customers buying on the net paying with credit cards and you can see more and more people eager to have their own houses and apartaments built taking out credit lines.

    Thanks for your reaction and questions.Pls find below answers to your questions:

    1. Buyers are DIY home owners and contractors nearly 90% male, aged 25- 45,some 30% computer literate, 30% have access to internet

    2.Lower price, less hassle than when buying in hypermarkets( now 30% sales are channels via hypermarkets), sophisticated design tool to help better adopt equipment to custmers' use now is being implemented
    3.E-marketing unknown in that trade so far.
    4.I can only be the first to test it
