Bookstore Seeking A New Marketing Strategy
2nd hand Bookstore, currently located at two sites (ealing & uxbridge). no website. niche market - housewifes, young adults & students from local uni's. they sell books at half their cover price and they buy books at between 1/4 and 1/2 of the cover price, and a trading policy. current strategy is customer satisfaction. promotion is currently stands as given a copy of the trading policy to each customer and evey six weeks having a poetry and book reading which is promoted in the local paper. there are also classified ads placed every other week and leaflets are distributed. marketing goals are profit orientated
