i want to know how to get the e-amil address of hotel's purchase manager

    I'll make the assumption that you've done all the research and e-mail is the best way to contact them (it really is) and that your e-mail is compelling.

    Call the hotel directly and tell the receptionist you have soemthing to send to purchasing and you want to send to a specific person. She will give you the name. Get the correct spelling.

    Then, go to the hotels website and look for "contact us". That will give you the format for e-mails: Ex First_Last@hotelabc.com
    Then simply plug in the information and you're on your way. If it only shows up as info@hotelabc.com, go to google and type in @hotelabc.com. You find at least one e-mail address which will give you the format you need.

    Remember, tho, the GM has the purse strings!
