How do i promote certain properties such as vacation resorts, land for projects, finish project share profit second homes and vacation apartments in the Northeast Coast of Brazil State of Ceara.....?

    who are your target customers?? why would they come your resort in Brazil rather than going to Central American tropical islands? promoting your resort and the apartments depend on these factors.

    IMHO, your target customers are wealthy people, who have the luxury to have/buy property to enjoy their summer/winter holidays. So to promote that you have position your resort, projects as Lifestyle Products which this target customers associate with.

    in order to promote to them you can do the following...
    1. Develop an English Website and develop a top-class brochure.
    2. get into contract with various Clubs in North and South America which the wealthy ppl frequent and distribute your brochure
    3. Tap into various travel related magazine to write articles about your resort and place ads about resort.
    4. Also tap into the travel agents so that they promote your resot.
    5. for real estate, tap into real estate agents and mortgage institutions. they can act as a good referral for the target customers.
    6. for publicity, try to bring a famous person as a Celebrity Endorser of your resort. this will create interest for your resort and promote it to a great length.
