Use Of Heuristics And Consumer Biases In Marketing
hi all!! i want to know how heuristic and consumer biases affect marketing of a product. for example..if asked to choose between a popular barnd and a not so popular brand, a person would choose the former even if the latter is doing better in the market sales wise or otherwise. i need "business examples" for it. other heuristics can be found from daniel kahnemann's(nobel winner) speech on the net. i am kind of lost with this particular assignment and would appreciate any help volunteered. thank u
