To find out, Franklin Madison Direct and Circlebox conducted a survey in January 2026 among 500 marketers in the United States.

Some 77% of respondents say they're driving engagement from direct mail campaigns to digital experiences by creating campaign-specific landing pages, and 74% say they're creating personalized landing pages.

Some 95% of marketers say integrating direct mail campaigns with digital channels has a positive impact on performance.

Marketers say the top benefit of direct mail campaigns is quality audience targeting data.
