Help Writing Sales Letter With Must Read Headline!

Posted by Anonymous on 125 Points
I am a Realtor Trying to write a sales Letter which is different, out-of-the-box!

I am sick of the standard 'Flyers' that seem to be the norm of the industry.

So, a Fantastic Headline, and One-Two-Punch copy - not too long though! Inviting Sellers to contact me for listing their homes/townhomes/condos on MLS with me.

No Free Reports etc. or no LOW Commission ... nice to have a non-standard USP of Realtors, standard being "sell fast" , "low commission", "area specialist" etc.

It will go out as addressed admail to non-qualified random list in Greater Toronto Area. The market has been Good and slowing a bit, interest rates on the rise.

Any other supporting ideas also welcome. Thanks

"Experienced Property Investor Will Help You Sell Your Home."

(Are you experienced in personally buying/selling?)

"I Will Sell Your Home Through 17 Different Marketing Methods."

(I dunno. Figure out how many. localizable Internet property sales sites, Internest classifieds, fliers, newsletters, newspaper ads, local MLS, national MLS, Networking, weekly tours, open house, relo agencies, flyers to neighborhood asking "who do you know that you'd like to live near you?", direct mail to non-owner addresses in the area, etc.)

"When Other Realtors Have Clients That Are Interested in Walker Cove, They Call Me! Let Me Sell Your Home."

Are you a specialist in a particular town, neighborhood, or particular property type?

"You May Be Able to Increase the Sales Price of Your Home, and Sell It Much Faster! I Know How, Call Me To Find Out if I Can Help You!"

"Would You Sell Your Home if Somebody Offered You the Right Price? Let's Talk - I May Be Able to Find That Offer for You."

Well, there's a few. Hope these stir some thinking.

I recognize you're looking for headline ideas, but don't forget supporting pictures. There's been a lot of research that says people remember visual images significantly better/longer than even the punchiest headline.

Those of us who are verbal/logical often forget that half the world thinks visually -- in pictures -- and EVERYONE remembers strong images better than strong words.
