What Color Leads To A Greater Closing Ratio?

I am creating a closing room for the rental business I manage and am wondering what color should I paint the closing room walls to create a stronger buying mood within the perspective residents?

    I read somewhere that the color red stimulates hunger (look at all the fast food out there--almost all have red in their packaging and interior décor).

    However, red stimulates hunger not only in the sense of rumbly tumblies (as Winnie the Pooh might say). The color red is the "I gotta have it" color.

    Yellow and orange are warm friendly colors. Stay away from blue--too cold. And neutrals are just that . . . neutral. You don't want your potential clients to sit on the fence do you?
