Best Customer Marketing

Hello All,

I am looking for some articles/ publications on best customer marketing. Of course I have been looking through google, wise marketer, and colloquy, but if any of you know of any other places I could look it would be greatly appreciated.

    Powells is a local bookstore in Portland, OR that takes up a whole city block and is about 4 or 5 stories tall. And that is just their main location, they have 3 or 4 more buildings in town. Anyway, they have lots of books on marketing, hopefully this will help!

    Almost any of the books from here are great. I know Brian, murray, Neil....and the lessons in the books here may be simple..but they can't be beat!

    Here are a few suggestions not listed above. Four are online organizations that I subscribe to and they have a wealth of information on Customer related subjects. I have subscribed to their online magazines for years because they offer dependable information that is very relevant, current and cutting edge. A lot of the information is Free but reports, ebooks and other services do cost money.

    Now this next organization has books, audio and visual products that offer much knowledge about customer related subjects. The product does cost money.
