Please Critique Square Mile Radio

Hello, I am producing podcasts of business news - I'm happy with these, and know the direction I'm going with them. The problem I have is that to make this a viable income generating project I need to have a web site to host these podcasts on which to advertise. So I have made a web site. The most useful feedback I have had so far has been from strangers, so I'm throwing myself open to your mercy. Please let me know what you think, and what I can do to improve any glaring faux pas!

Your site is ok.. Here are some quick ideas to improve it fast...

    1) change the color... something vibrant.. bright blue would be my choice. What you have is drab and uninteresting. Blue is a confident color. Good for the news.
    2) get the google adds in a less conspicuous spot. I realize the purpose here is to generate $$ but when they are right on top they look pretty tacky
    3) get some endorsements loaded...
    4) purhaps put some peices promoting previous work on your front (home) page
