ehh!! really a cool website... I like to the content structuring and the color scheme. I am sure this website will do good. I'd suggest you to work on Onpage Optimization you can include title tags, meta tags, n all onpage optimization techniques...

    All the best...
    Hope this will help you...

I agree with John on the text size, content reduction, color critique and mail tab. The focus should be on the products you are selling, so show more pictures.

I would also suggest changing the left side menu a bit. It looks a little cluttered to me. I would have used a tiered approach and broken it down into 4 main categories: handbags, luggage, jewelry and wallets. Then when clicking or scrolling over each of those categories, a new drop-down menu would further refine the offerings -- handbags: special occasion, straw, leisure, etc.

    Hope this helps.

    Good luck!

    the site lack "people pictures"

You should invest in pictures of lifestyle to "jazz" the whole site. It has to be a site not just about quality merchandise (BTW you spelled it wrong) It must be of Fashion, Luxuary, class.

To be able to relate refine Fashion, Luxuary, class you have to also achieve with "quality" in your product/s (Prooz).

For me, what makes a good online shopping site is it should retain an air of exclusivity but at the same time. Appear to be achievable for everyone.

Prooz logo looks cheap. it needs to look more classy. It needs an air of aspiration.

    My five cents.

    Good luck

Good website... but there is one serious but easily fixed flaw...

When I open your site the first thing I see is not your great product, but a free shipping notice. I suggest listing that after the pictures so you see the product first.

    Hello, Paul!

I will help you with pleasure!

I wonder why the women color is always pink. I don’t like this color, and I personally do know so little pink lovers, so this is not an excuse for using this color in web-design. Would you create a website for men in blue? Or, I am sorry, are there just two colors representing audience's sex? Actually, I do know one group of people who likes pink: little girls. But least likely any of them could be even a part of your target audience.

But ok, even if you pick pink as a main color of your palette, well, be artistic. Vary the palette with some matching colors. Does pink match this kind of blue; and along with grey, red, and black? This is a very bad palette, not balanced, not appealing. It more looks like a funeral one.

Then, do you know that the image of the bag on the left of the Prooz.com (name) is not visible?

The first page is not balanced either. Menu is not organized conveniently. Again, if this is online store, the least I want to see on the first page is welcome message. You have to put there the goods! Go to Victoria Secret and check how great it’s organized.

The overall impression is really poor. Even though what you sell is beautiful, I would not shop there unless you have something extremely unique what I extremely need and can’t buy anywhere else.

Summary: Desperately needs redesign and restructure.

    Good luck!

    Nice website.

If you check Argos website (https://www.argos.co.uk/static/Home.htm) it will give you more inside for the long term future.

Where is the business Logo and Business Colour? And Advertising banner?

    I agree with Natalia.
From a designer point of view – disaster (no offense). From a web developer point of view - I guess this is a standard shopping cart application.
If the site is aimed at women, the colours and colour schemes are badly chosen.

Too many distractive things like the changing logo in the left upper corner, all those unnecessary signs (well, at least they could be smaller).
The only things that draw my attention right now are just those paypal, free postage etc. It needs to be cleaned up a bit, the navigation is not very good neither.
I would be more than happy to make some graphic suggestions for you if you like. Misspelled specialise btw. - specialize

    All,

many thanks for all your constructive comments which is why I've decided to award points to most of the people here. I have started to change and implement the suggestions you have made and hopefully in a month or two I will have a much better site (thanks to your comments). I will check back here once I've implemented a few more things (as you have mentioned).

    Best regards,

    Paul.
