Measuring Brand Visibility

I'm looking into the various Out of home (OOH) advertising for different brands, just wondering if I want to measure OOH brand visibility how to go about it?
Also how to benchmark the rates?

    Dear ghosh I'm based in India, ya the link carries onformation of various methods. But i'm talking about how do i measure that amount i spent does worth required (less or more). Also how should I benchmark the cost of OOH media vehicle.

    ya i already gone through and regular to these sites and always comes across this non -availability of data. I guess i have to close this question without being geeting anything concrete.
