Winter Holidays Flyer

I need to create a flyer for an apartment complex that is running a special during December - for those who lease an apartment and move in by Dec 10 you can register to win a $500 gift card. I was thinking "Let us pay for your holidays" or something like that. Any ideas?

    Certainly, a flyer needs an explanatory headline that indicates immediately whether it's worthwhile to continue reading. And, so, I think Darcy's straightfoward suggestion above is your best bet for your main headline. Some of the other suggestions could prove useful as supplemental lead-in or sub-header.

    BTW, who is the target audience for this flyer? You say it is an offer of $500 for new lease-signers, or did you mean it is $500 to a current renter who refers a friend who signs a lease? Target audience makes a difference on how you word your headline.
