Golf Hole Sponsorship-ideas Needed

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
We are a CPA firm that is participating in our first hole sponsorship, and we have only been open for a year and a half. So we really want to make a huge impression with a really good idea. We want everyone to remember who we were because our theme was so great, so if you have any ideas please let me know. We want to stay away from the Hawaiian theme. Thank you for any help that you can offer!

I would think as a CPA Firm you would want to keep it professional without being stoic.

Possibilities could be dependent on whether it is a Par 3 or Par 4/5 Hole on the setup.

I would suggest signage with your logo and tag line at both the tee box and near green--tourneys normally have restrictions on the size and methods for signage..

Next for each foursome -offer an "ACCURACY MATTERS" theme based on closest to the Pin on approach shot or Driving for Accuracy (longest straightest on fairway)- Give a Golf Visor to the winner of each foursome with your Firm's name on it.

Also Pass at a single golf ball at the tee box of your sponsored hole for each hitter- Logo the golf ball with your logo and tag - "accuracy matters"

The personnel passing out the golf balls and winning gifts at the hole should wear logo wear with the company logo----you could do females with Tee shirts and visors with the company logo and the ACCURACY MATTERS theme

Highlight the hole as the ACCURACY MATTERS Challenge Hole, your firm name.

This would present a very professional image with the glitz and party style themes.

    Good Luck & Happy Marketing~

^^ I like that idea....I also think if you want people to remember you you need to do something different, and you want them to remember you in a good way. Maybe you can all dress in plaid golf outfits, when I think of golf I think of getting away from the office to do something I enjoy. You can also offer the participants something but you want them to have fun and laugh but know that you are a serious firm at the same time. Look back at the event and other golf events and see what your competition has done. When you signed up for sponsorship what did they offer you for sponsorship?
