Clever Branding Of A New Magazine Digital Tv Station?

What's the best way to brand, promote and pull in viewers for an FHM style Lad's Digital TV Channel on a tight budget? Dem. 18-30yrs males.

Also, what would make a good format, with regards to content, for this style of channel?

    Tight budget? Are you talking about the level of quality of programs lampooned in movies like "Wayne's World" or "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure?"

    Also, please decode FHM for me. I'm not the sharpest crayon in the box here...

    syan, in new zealand FHM is a men’s magazine. it has stuff like cars, girls in bikinis, sport stuff, all tastefully done ( not that i read it).
